Can you create a simple single-file HTML project for a digital mood ring? I’d like it to have a button that, when clicked, randomly selects a mood and changes the background color to match that mood. Please include basic CSS styling to make it look nice, and keep all the code (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) in one file. The design should be centered on the page and have some simple animations.
